I think the cadets who went on the first FTX of the training year had a blast! Here's a link to see pics from the weekend (they are not the first you'll see when you open the link for the training year, but if you scroll down, you'll see them).

This weekend is an important weekend. The cadets will be asked to volunteer in support of the Legion by selling poppies. Captain Mayer is asking for 16 cadets, and we need 6 screened volunteers to supervise. Volunteer guardians are asked to just observe and ensure the cadets have support if they need it.

There are cookies and hot chocolate for volunteers at the Poppy Office at 2328 Beacon Ave after each shift!
You can also help out if you are not screened! We NEED help with the Bottle Drive on the November 2 from 8:30-1. We need to clear out the the back shed as it is O V E R F L O W I N G with returnables. I've attached a poster that you can share on social media. Sign up here to help:

The schedule this week:
Monday: Band is still happening at the Armoury on Monday Nights. If your cadet would like to join, they will need to sign up in advance by emailing 676air@cadets.gc.ca
Tuesday: CASC is now at capacity. Please have your cadet email Captain Ralphs to join the waitlist.
Those who have already signed up:
Basics: 6-8pm Intermediate: 7-9pm Cadets should bring their books and water bottles!
Wednesday; NO MEDIA CLUB THIS WEEK
Thursday: Normal training night: Dress: FTUs
