Sidney Remembrance Day parade rehearsal

Sorry for the short fuse on this one folks. I put a message out on Teams yesterday and no takers yet, so I would like to try this avenue.

This Sat at 1000hrs at Sidney Town Hall, there will be a rehearsal for the parade on the 11th. Open to all levels.

We are looking for:

2 cadets for the Colour Guard (prefer some knowledge of flag drill)

2 cadets for the halyard party (raising and lowering flags. Would love some junior Cdts for this)

2 cadets for Cenotaph Guard (standing in one position, not moving, for the duration of the parade)

Dress is civilian clothing.

If you’ve already signed up for poppy sales, please stick with that.

Please have your Cadet message Capt Mayer directly on Teams if they are interested in one of these positions and are available for the rehearsal and the parade.
