Mess Dinner - Part 1
Good afternoon,
This is PART 1 of important information re: the Mess Dinner
The Mess Dinner is FAST approaching.
It will be the evening of January 30 at the Mary Winspear Centre in Sidney.
This is an important event that needs a lot of guardian support.
It is also quite expensive to run. We will recoup some funds from the DND for the cadets meals, but that will not cover all of the catering costs, cost of the venue, or extra costs like meals for the VIP, and miscellaneous costs like decorations.
The estimated cost per cadet is $61 and the DND will be reimbursing us $25 per cadet. The SSC has budgeted some funds to cover the shortfall, but we are asking for cadets to donate $20 per ticket.
ALL cadets are welcome whether they purchase a ticket or not, but they MUST sign up using the link below. If you are comfortable contributing extra for a cadet who may not be able to purchase a ticket at this time, please make a note when you send your payment in.
