The Weekly - October 6-13, 2024
Good evening, everyone,
Activities are set to begin the week of October 14, so this week there is only the normal, Thursday training night. The uniform will be FTUs (Green uniform). New cadets should wear Tilly hats. Second year and up should wear berets.
If your cadet doesn't have a uniform yet, they should come in neat civilian clothes.

SSC NEWS:
We will have the Annual General Meeting on October 10 at 7pm.
PLEASE come to the portable behind the Hall. We REALLY need new people to join. Nobody is expected to do more than they are able, but every little bit helps. Examples are:
Megan Mbao will be running the Purdy's Campaign
Kim Pearce will be running the clothing orders
Roy Tam is running Bottle Drives
Erinn Sutherland is helping to screen
Pete Aussenegg comes in to help with electricity issues
Rob Clarke runs the once a year, online auction
If you join the SSC, YOU can VOTE on how we move forward! The meetings are 1X a month, and I work hard to keep them to an hour! They are also informative! The Commanding Officer joins for the beginning and gives updates on upcoming cadet events.
And there will be treats!

If your cadet has not been able to sign up for the FTX on Cadets 365, Captain Kelly has sent the following message :
