Returning Cadets! September 4, 2025

Hello everyone,

The summer has FLOWN by! I can't believe it's already time to register for the next training year!

FAQS:

* Returning Cadets WITH THEIR GUARDIANS need to come to the Cadet Hall on September 4 at 6:30.

*Cadets and guardians need to fill in very important paperwork, so please DO NOT JUST DROP YOUR CADET. It's important that guardians come in and fill in paperwork.

*We''ll have some suggestions for how YOU can support your cadet and the cadet program.

*Everyone but Sgts and above will be finished by 8pm. Sgts will have a quick meeting from 8-8:30 and then will be done.

*September 11 will NOT be a training night. Sgts and above will be asked to come and support the Open House for new recruits. If your cadet has encouraged friends to join, they should join on the 11th!

*IMPORTANT: The suggested donation for returning cadets will remain the same! $150 per cadet, $125 for a sibling. The suggested fee has not gone up in at least 8 years, so please consider paying at the time of your cadet's renewal.

This is NOT a mandatory fee, but a suggested donation. The cadet program is always a free program, but you are encouraged to give as much as you can - the sky's the limit for your donation! We are happy to provide a tax receipt! Your fee is used by the SSC to literally keep the lights on, and pay for other necessary costs to keep the hall open. We do not receive funding from Cadets Canada.

Any questions or suggestions, please reach out!

See you on the 4th!!!!

In good spirit,

Mary

Hello, just clarifying that my cadet who’s a Flight Corporal doesn’t need to attend Sept 11 night unless she’s bringing recruits?

Thank you for clarifying!
